Master Square Cylinders

• • Master Square cylinder is used for measurement of sequareness accuracy of instrumnets.
  
• • Its unique design than a traditional one. This design gives two flat faces which are parallel to each other and square from top and bottom.
  
• • It can be reverse from top to bottom if used surface loses its accuracy.
  
• • In traditional design there is line contact where as Mikronix Master Square Cylinder has flat surfaces which gives more reliable squareness accuracy as under:
  

Ceramic Step Gauges / Check Master

• • Mikronix make step gauges are used to calibrate CMM, digital height gauges and simillar instruments.
  
• • All the gauge blocks are clamped in steps of 10 mm and can test X,Y & Z co-ordinate axis of precision tool machines and CMM as well.
  
• • Speciality of step gauge is antirust, anti-corrosion and resistance to wear which retains the measurement accuracy for a longer period.
  
• • Step gauges are also available in steel & tungsten carbide material.
